| This document contains the forms for the BETA annual dues, the BETA membership and the Tax protest authorization form. The latter is an objection to excess School District 220 taxes paid by Lake County taxpayers. This objection has resulted in a tax revaluation and court ordered adjustment for a number of past years. |
